Y11-Y12 Bridging Packs
Unsurprisingly, our Sixth Form curriculum is a challenging one and there is a clear step up for GCSE-level courses which acts as a further bridge on the journey to Higher Education, Higher-Level Apprenticeships or employment.
Consequently, we seek to make the transition from Year 11 into Year 12 more straight-forward by providing a suite of subject bridging packs. These bridging packs can be accessed between the end of Year 11 formal exams and the beginning of the first term in Year 12.
The expectation is that all students will complete the bridging packs connected to their Sixth Form courses and they will form a basis for the learning that takes place in the first term of the course.
