Sixth Form Outcomes

Our Sixth Form outcomes are reported annually on the DfE Performance Tables and in recent years we have achieved outstanding exam results.

The key measurement for any school is Progress and this determines how far the students have improved since sitting their GCSE-level exams.

Our most recent KS4 Outcomes came in Summer 2025 and were again very strong and we are awaiting these to be validated by the Department for Education later in the Autumn Term.

A-Level Attainment

These results are based on the grades attained in A-Level subjects in Summer 2024 which run from A*-E:

Measurement School National
A-Level Result Average B= B-
A-Level Points Average 38.63 35.53

These results placed the school above national averages and amongst the highest performing schools in Staffordshire.

Applied / Vocational Qualification Attainment

These results are based on the grades attained in vocational subjects which run through from Distinction* / Distinction / Merit / Pass:

Measurement School National
Vocational Result Average Distinction + Merit +
Vocational Points Average 42.07 29.17
