A joyful concert featuring a massed choir. This is the culmination of one of MusicShare’s many projects. MusicShare is a schools’ singing programme, which is a partnership between Lichfield Cathedral School and Lichfield Cathedral with significant funding from Arts’ Council England via The Music Partnership.
Our students have been working hard over several weeks to rehearse to take part in this wonderful event and have been developing their choral skills with Cathy Lamb, the Director of Music Outreach at Lichfield Cathedral School.
The concert will be taking place on Thursday 20 March at Lichfield Cathedral and our students will join ten other school choirs to strike out the performances.
Jon Hood, Head of Music, said: “We have all enjoyed working with Cathy and have developed so much as a group. The MusicShare concert will be an exciting showpiece for the talent and determination that everyone has put in.”
