Our Year 8 and Year 10 netball teams enjoyed matches with our local rivals, Nether Stowe High School, and the honours were shared at the end of the matches.
Our Year 10s started well, leading at half time. However, a comeback from Nether Stowe saw them take the win 9-6.
Following this, our Year 8s took to the court next for what for some was their first competitive match. We started brilliantly leading for most of the game and continued to keep ahead to take the win.
Holly Wright, team coach, said: “Well done to all involved. Netball practise is back next Tuesday after some recent clashes and the girls can learn form these matches and will only improve further.”
