Jamie Sleigh, Head of Seward House said: “A fantastic start to the 2024-25 academic year has seen Seward students working hard in order to continue from last year’s successes. A positive term has seen success for Seward when winning the Year 12 and Year 11 Debate competitions, 8S1 coming out on top in the KS3 independent research quiz and a huge highlight was raising a record £2804.21 during our House Charity Week in November. All students involved are credit to our school and their families, it was also great to see so many Year 11s so positive after their recent mock exams. I wish all Seward students and their families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to what our students can achieve in the new year. I will be taking 15 students at the end of January to Midlands Air Ambulance’s base, we thank them again for their services and support for our local community.”
