Year 11 students are already well-focused on delivering in the Summer exams and we are plotting in all we can to help them realise their massive potential.

We have two sets of Mock Exams this year for them which are:

* W/B 4 November 2024 / 11 November 2024
* W/B 24 February 2025 / W/B 3 March 2025

Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “These two sets of Mocks are essential in helping staff and students identify what they need to improve before the final exams. It would be absolute folly not to give them 100% as we cannot identify the genuine gaps if there is no revision. If students give their all in the Autumn and in the Spiring Mocks, then the Summer will be a whole lot easier for them.”

We also have a series of Saturday Schools mapped in for the school year ahead:

* Saturday 12 Oct- English (Y11 Mocks 1 Prep)
* Saturday 19 Oct-Science (Y11 Mocks 1 Prep)
* Saturday 9 Nov -Maths (Y11 Mocks 1 Prep)
* Saturday 7 Dec-Enterprise (Final Prep for Formal January Exam)
* Saturday 8 Feb-Science (Y11 Mocks 2 Prep)
* Saturday 1 Mar- Maths (Y11 Mocks 2 Prep)
* Saturday 5 April-French (Final GCSE Prep)
* Saturday 10 May -English (Final GCSE Prep)
* Saturday 7 June-Maths (Final GCSE Prep)

Sophie Grigg, Assistant Headteacher, said: “Out staff are passionate about helping our students to feel confident and secure as they head into their exams and these Saturday Schools are a big part of committing oneself to the hard yards, appreciating this is the business end of their studies, and generating the faith, enthusiasm and determination to succeed. We are expecting high attendance because we know the sessions make a big difference.”
