One of our last Focus Weeks of the school year covered ‘Well-Being’ and there were a range of activities, assemblies and sessions designed to support students in looking after themselves and one another.

As well as tying into the many rewards events at the end of term, there was ice-cream making, personal fitness and yoga sessions, and tutor time activities as well.

We also published our Healthy Eating Cook Book from our National Vegetarian Week celebrations – and it can be viewed here.

Lottie Hearn, Deputy Headteacher, said: “We work hard to support our students with their mental health and well-being – both in terms of proving specific support but also with the skills and mindsets to take care of themselves as they progress into adult life.”
