An excellent first game for our Year 7 boys and an overall team performance they should be proud of.
Jimmy Daniels, Zac Hayward and Teddy Cole got first half goals with some great team play and well worked goals which saw the team winning 5-0 at half time.
The second half saw more attacking play from our boys and more goals added to the tally. Ethan Boden scoring two from long range and there were more goals from great passing moves.
The full-time score was 13-1 with goals from Jimmy Daniels – 4, Zac Hayward – 3, Teddy Cole – 3, Ethan Boden – 2, Roman Lamey – 1
Jamie Sleigh, team coach, said “Well done to the whole team. They were excellent in defence and attack and looked like they’ve been on the pitch together for many years. We look forward to the next game at home to Nether Stowe.”
