Our Year 11 Prom was held at Branston Golf Club and was a huge success with students celebrating their end of school milestone and letting their hair down before Results Day.

The arrivals were met by a red carpet and a crowd of watchers who applauded them into the venue after copious snaps were taken and the amazing outfits and vehicles made this part of the evening a real ‘wow’.

Following this there was a live band, various photo booths, a casino, a hot buffet, a disco, prizes and awards, and all in all it was just a great party.

Some students went home exhausted to hit the sack whilst other went on to house parties – staged by some very brave parents – to celebrate through the night.

Lottie Heard, Deputy Headteacher, said: “It was a fantastic event and the students were a pleasure to spend time with. Great fun, lots of laughter, all looked fantastic, and it was wonderful to see and chat to so many parents and family members at the start of the evening. This celebratory event is very much a culmination of school success that is built from the three-way partnership between the student, the school and the family. We are delighted that the feedback has been so positive – roll on Summer 2024.”
