Our annual variety show took in the theme of ‘Other Worlds’ – ranging from hobbits to a galaxy far, faraway’ – and students stretching from Year 7 to Year 13 took to the stage to offer up a variety of performances for two packed audiences.

The performances ranged from dance to instrumental and singing to dramatic pieces.

The final night is traditionally the Sheriff of Lichfield’s Show and acts as a fundraiser for both the Sheriff’s and the Mayor of Lichfield’s – who also hound us – chosen charities.

Elsewhere, our PTFA also made collections for school funds and provided a bar.

Lottie Hearn, Deputy Headteacher, said: “We thoroughly enjoyed putting on the show and the tears at the end from our Year 13s – as their last performance on The Friary stage – only reflected how these shows chart lives and personal growth. We still have more to come with the KS3 performance of ‘Mary Poppins’ and The Summer Sizzler but for now we can only celebrate the talent and commitment on stage in this imaginative show.”
