Our continued working relationship with Ask Apprenticeships, ensures that our students are given the most up-to-date information about the many exciting apprenticeship route options.
Ask Apprenticeships visited our Year 12 Sixth Form students, this highlighted the many great career pathways through higher degree level apprenticeships that many are leaning towards as an alternative route to Higher Education.
The session included general guidance as well as specific links to successfully applying through the competitive application process, employers, varying pay and benefits and the Higher Degree levels 4 – 7.
Faye Banks, Careers Coordinator, said: “This gives our students great insight into the apprenticeship. We are a school that really encourages apprenticeships as we work alongside local employers offering great opportunities. There is no doubt that apprenticeships are a fantastic way to get experience, training and a salary and they are a fantastic option for many young people. “
