As we move into the Spring Term, the NHS Schools Immunisation schedule starts to kick in to action, so we just wanted to flag up key dates for your diaries.
Parents/Careers of Years 7,8 and 9 students will have received a letter on Edulink at the end of last term regarding the upcoming flu vaccinations on Tuesday 10 January.
As a reminder, please ensure you have given consent by 5.00pm on Thursday 5 January 2023 if you wish for your child to have this.
The most straight-forward way to give consent is via EduLink but an alternative is to follow this link to complete the online registration: https://forms.mpft.nhs.uk.
The school’s code is SS146907-22.

We will then be offering Year 9 students the Meningitis ACWY and Diphtheria, Tetanus & Polio booster jabs on Monday 23 January 2023
More information will be sent out on these booster jabs when we return to school on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
If you require any further information, especially on the upcoming flu immunisation, then please contact Alex Britton on abritton@friary.greywoodmst.co.uk.
Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “These vaccinations are part of the long-running schools programme and should not be confused with COVID vaccinations. All vaccinations require parental consent so if you wish for your child to be vaccinated then it is vital this consent is given.”
