On Monday 12 December, students from Johnson House gave up their own time after school and took part in the Rudolph Run for St Giles. The goal was to complete a mile each and our students went above and beyond!
Miss Butler’s Dance Club got us all in the festive spirit with a Christmas themed dance and we lapped the sports hall together raising funds for a special cause.
A special shout out to Luke Aldridge, Fraser Neenan and William Lester Jones (all 8J1) who completed 3.5miles each!
The students will be bringing their sponsorship money in after the Christmas break.
Vicki Plested, Head of Johnson House, said: “Our students understand the important work that St Giles’ Hospice does in our local community and are delighted to make a contribution that makes an impact on the people who live around them. The event was huge fun, but raised funds for a serious and worthy cause.”
