Those students who sat their final exams in Summer 2022 have been notified via letter that their certificates are available for collection at our school. This delay is related to the time the Exam Boards spend collating their certificates and getting them put to schools.
The certificates cannot be posted out – not just due to the cost for our school, but also as this contradicts Exam Board regulations.
The certificates need to be collated this end too, so to ensure the collections run smoothly we would ask students to contact our Main Office in advance – via either 01543 267400 or office@friary.greywoodmst.co.uk – so they can be made available on arrival.
The exam certificates can be an essential part of university applications and job interviews so it is a ‘must’ to collect them.
Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “It is great to collect these certificates and get the final confirmation of the exam results. Every year we get former students, sometimes from decades earlier, seeking to track down certificates which have not been collected or are lost at home. They are expensive and laborious to get hold of so we would recommend getting them now and keeping them very safe.”
