Our Under 15s girls football team played against Cheslyn Hay in the second game of the league and came out with a brilliant result – a 5-0 win.
Imogen Marchesi scored 4 fantastic goals with Freya Milligan assisting 3 of them.
The previous game saw some schoolboy errors in terms of communication; however, the schoolgirls put them to bed this time out and were dominant throughout.
The heart in the team was well reflected when at 4-0 up Gracie Smith made an amazing goal line clearance to keep a clean sheet. Equally, whilst Cheslyn Hay did have chances to score, goalkeeper Ruby Cliffe pulled some incredible saves to keep us in the game.
Hollie Wright, PE teacher and team coach, said: “All in all, an incredible performance from the girls and great result. Two wins in two games is a great start.”
