This week The Friary staff have been working alongside Janet Colledge from Outstanding Careers to review how we can further support students to recognise of all the different career pathways available to them. The event involved staff from every department reviewing the broad range of skills and career opportunities that students could progress into by studying their subject, alongside potential opportunities to further enhance our already strong careers provision.
Richard Barnett-Richards, Assistant Headteacher, said: “it was a fantastic opportunity for staff across all departments to reflect on the wide range of careers guidance already available to our students. We look forwards to further enhancing the great provision already in place for our students amidst the ever changing labour market”
