Our Year 13 Mock Exams run between Monday 15 November to Friday 19 November.

The exam timetable splits into AM (with a 9.10am start time) and PM (with a start time of 1.05pm start) slots which are as follows:

 

Monday 15 November:

AM – A-Level Physics – 2hrs

AM – A-Level Sociology – 2hrs 15mins

PM – A-Level History – 2hrs 30mins

PM – A-Level Chemistry – 2hrs

 

Tuesday 16 November:

AM – A-Level Further Maths – Core Pure – 2hrs

AM – A-Level English Literature – Paper 1 – Love Through the Ages – 2hrs

AM – A-Level English Language & Literature – Exploring Conflict – 2hrs 30mins

AM – A-Level Music – Listening & Appraising – 2hrs 30mins

PM – A-Level Geography – 2hrs 30mins

PM – A-Level Biology – 2hrs

PM – BTEC Health & Social Care – Working in Health & social Care – 1hr 30mins

 

Wednesday 17 November:

AM – A-Level History – Germany: Democracy to Nazism – 2hrs 30mins

AM – A-Level Chemistry – 2hrs

BTEC Applied Science – Biology & Chemistry – 2 x 40mins

PM – A-Level Psychology – 2hrs

 

Thursday 18 November:

AM – A-Level Biology – 2hrs

AM – A-Level RE – Ethics & Philosophy – 2hrs

AM – A-Level Further Maths – Statistics & Further Maths – 2hrs

PM – A-Level English Literature – Paper 2 – Modern Times – 1hr 45mins

PM – A-Level Maths – Pure & Statistics – 2hrs

 

Friday 19 November:

AM – BTEC Applied Science – Physics – 40mins

AM – A-Level Maths – Pure & Mechanics – 2hrs

PM – A-Level Physics – 2hrs

PM – A-Level Sociology – 1hr 30mins

These students missed out on their GCSEs so there is an experience deficit and this chance to visit the ‘exam experience’. We have emphasised that fulsome revision and effort is crucial in order to get an accurate reflection of where things sit and to identify any gaps which need redress. They are crucial to them being successful.”
