‘Is This OK’ is a free, anonymous and confidential service which brings trained professionals together to provide support to young people through a chat service.
The programme has been in place since 2019 and all advice and support can be accessed without even giving g a real name. Students can enquire for guidance for themselves or to raise concerns about their friends.
Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “The more access routes for support available for young people the better and this chatbox option will be easy and familiar to our students. The organisation is partnered with Child Line and recommended by Staffordshire County Council so we can rest assured it is well worth accessing.”
