Our Eco-School Committee, made up of student leaders, recently gained the school an Eco-School Award to Bronze Level and are seeking to push us higher still.

They have been working with Mr Baker, Assistant Headteacher, but the project is very much their own and they deserve all the credit for getting the award.

We have recorded a series of interviews with the students explaining what they have done and why they enjoy taking a lead on the project. They can be viewed here.

Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “This curriculum award is part of a bigger focus on formally accrediting our provision, but it is a special treat when our students can take the lead. They have bounce, they have energy, and they have delivered – they have proved to be a tremendously special bunch.”
