James Reynolds, who was not interviewed, said: “I am over-the-moon to be awarded my Full Colours and can only express my gratitude to Mr Cartner for being a fantastic role model over the last few years.”

Steve Cartner, Head of Garrick House, said: “Despite the year being cut short, there is lots to be proud of for Garrick students, not least the huge fund-raising we did for Lichfield Food Bank. With the current coronavirus crisis, this work will have made all students aware of the critical role these organisations have in looking after society and it is fantastic that our students have continued to donate funds and items through the year.”
