The KS3 Show this summer will be ‘Mary Poppins’ and the auditions for the roles are scheduled as follows:
Wednesday 4 March – Auditions for Minor Roles
3.05-4.00pm in the Theatre
Wednesday 4 March – Auditions for Major Roles
3.05-5.00pm in the Theatre
Friday 6 March – Call Back Auditions for Major Roles
3.05-4.30pm
The information for the songs to work on is on the Drama Noticeboard.
It is important to note that Chorus roles do not need an audition and students just need to come along to the first rehearsal.
Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “We have messages being given in tutor groups and Drama lessons, posters around the school, and adverts in every social media platform we have, so we are hoping everyone who wants to take part gets a chance to audition. It will be a fantastic show and we are keen to see as many Year 7-9 students as possible getting involved.”
