Our 100% attendees for the term have been enjoying Rewards Breakfasts through the week for their exemplary time in school.

Certainly, the virulent bugs around at the moment have hit many students though still many children have managed to plough through.

The Rewards Breakfasts include bagels and hot chocolate and are a chance for staff to say a ‘Big Well Done’.”

Ian Rose, Deputy Headteacher, said: “The link between attendance and academic success is absolute. Of course, if a child is ill, then they are ill, but days off school do affect performance. This rewards cycle begins again next term so there is a chance for everyone to get back into the loop from January.”
