As part of our incentives for students to maintain good attendance, students with 100% attendance for this half-term received a rewards breakfast of bagels and hot chocolate during tutor time.
This initiative builds on the recent golfing day which saw top attenders have the opportunity to enjoy a game of crazy golf in school.
Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “The reality is that attendance is one of the most important factors in terms of exam success so it is only right we push for and celebrate those who hit the highest benchmark. All children can access other rewards – so genuine sickness does not bar you or bring a double jeopardy – but 100% attendance on any walk of life deserves acknowledgment.”
