Those students who have achieved 100% attendance this term received a reward breakfast of hot chocolate and bagels to celebrate their consistency in coming to school.

The achievement also adds in House points for the students which carry them towards the Rewards Day in the Summer for the winning House and the top performers in the other Houses.

Ian Rose, Deputy Headteacher, said: “Attendance is the biggest factor to a child doing well at school  – quite simply you cannot learn if you are not here. These students are not only being rewarded now, but will more likely be rewarded with high grade at the end of Year 11 as well.”
