Students from Henry Chadwick and Willows Primary Schools impressed everyone when they dropped in to take part in our European Week of Languages celebrations as they worked in the French, Drama and Music Departments
The sessions are part of our commitment to give all Year 5 and 6 students – whether they choose to come to The Friary or not – an opportunity to experience life in a busy secondary school and ease their worries and concerns before they make the big step up.
Lottie Hearn, Assistant Headteacher, said: “We are blessed with a glut of excellent primary schools locally so it is always a privilege to work with their children. The students from Henry Chadwick and Willows were superb throughout and their energy, enthusiasm and excitement were contagious.”
