This September we kick off our PTFA calendar with the hugely successful ‘Friary Oktoberfest’! Once again we will be creating a Bavarian styled venue to house an evening of music and real ale all in aid of raising vital funds for our school.
Each year our dedicated PTFA comprising of parents, staff and friends of the school, work together to put on a variety of events to support fundraising that will directly impact on pupils. Last year their dedication and hard worked helped to raise over £15,000 pounds to be spent on improving canteen and ICT facilities.
‘Oktoberfest’ launched last year and was one of the highlights of our year and we are excited to be doing it again!
Bavarian Bunting will be hung from the rafters, and an outdoor (undercover) stage will again be home to some brilliant live entertainment guaranteed to have us all swaying and singing along. The PTFA bar and BBQ provide refreshments alongside a selection of real ales for you to sample. It is a night not to be missed!
Tickets cost £10 and can be purchased through Parent Pay or direct from the school office. Your entry ticket includes your first item from the BBQ, live entertainment and souvenir cup. This is an outdoor (undercover) event that is strictly for over 18’s.
