The cast of ‘Bugsy Malone’ took time out of their final night preparations to visit the Curborough Community Centre to offer songs, music and snapshots from the performance to the local community group and to gossip about school life and the show in particular.
The students and staff thoroughly enjoyed themselves and they got a fun and lively reception from those attending the centre’s 30th anniversary celebration.
Lottie Hearn, Assistant Headteacher, said: “We love to take any opportunity to get our students out-and-about in our local community showcasing their work but also bridging the gap between young people and adults. We have always enjoyed going down to the Curborough Community Centre and today was as special as usual – roll on our next visit.”
