This year’s Key Stage Three Production will be ‘Bugsy Malone’ and will run between 12th – 14th June and after auditions the cast list was released this week.
‘Bugsy Malone’ is musical loosely based on events in New York and Chicago between 1920-1931 during Prohibition and echoes the exploits of real-life gangsters like Al Capone and Bugs Moran.
There will be a very large cast – seasoned Friary Theatre goers will well appreciate our stance on getting as many students involved as is possible – but lead roes include:
Bugsy Malone – Kieran Garcha
Dandy Dan – Matt Sykes
Fat Sam – Callum Dee
Blousey Brown – Holly Rolfe
Tallulah – Kiera Montford

Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “Parents of my generation will recall the custard pie guns and great songs but for many of our students this will be an amazing, new experience. We are hugely looking forward to the show rolling out and would encourage people to book tickets as soon as they are released as it is certain they will sell out fast.”
