The PTA Quiz secured record numbers this year with over 80 parents and staff competing for the coveted title of Friary Quiz Champions.
The event was organised by Sonia Short (Chair of the PTA) and James Herbert (Quiz Master), alongside a host of PTA members who continued to give so much vital support to our school.
The quiz involved photo rounds, sequencing questions, and more traditional rounds on topics ranging from Sport to Lichfield. The half-way point saw a break for fish’n chips – provided by the excellent ‘Fradley Fryer’- before battle stations re-started in the home run.
Last year’s winners, led by the Headteacher, were soundly beaten with the Fradley Bears taking the acclaimed title of champions.
Lottie Hearn, Assistant Headteacher, said: “The event was wonderfully supported and was hugely enjoyed by everyone who came along. There are more PTA events in the near future so keep your eyes posted on the website and messaging systems so that you can do your bit to support the school.”
