We are delighted to say that we will be open tomorrow – Wednesday 13th December – at our normal time.
The huge amount of work that has gone into the site – and which will continue tomorrow morning – will, alongside the break in the weather, mean that we can operate safely.
The Carol Concert at Lichfield Cathedral will run as scheduled from 7.30pm and the Prize-Giving Event, postponed from Tuesday evening, will now run on Thursday evening – same time, same venue.
Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “However much I enjoy the snow, it came at the worse possible time amidst the hectic make-up of the final week of term and has brought huge frustration as we re-schedule key events and online exams. We have been grateful that parents have shown great patience and understanding with our situation – we well understand how difficult closure is for those heading off to work – and we are pleased we can get three days of business in before the end of term.”
