The ‘Encore’ Show proved a huge success with large audiences through a week and a wonderful range of performances that offered a bit of everything.
Ed Sheeran… check… Matilda… check… Justin Timberlake… check… Kiss Me Kate… check… and the backdrops for each, the sound for each, the lighting for each was as good as any theatre you could hope to be at.
The final night as blessed by the attendance of the Lady Mayoress of Lichfield, Sheelagh James, and the Sheriff of Lichfield, Cllr Robert Yardley, who continued their role as regular attendees in their honorary positions, and the latter made an excellent speech of thanks at the end.
