Parents will be aware that we have extended our extra-curricular provision through partnerships with external organisations and the new sessions have been a massive hit.
Students have signed up for clubs including archery, fencing, cheer-leading and performing arts and the feedback has been very positive.
Consequently, we are pleased to see that the uptake means that we will be running another series of 8-week programmes with sessions taking place on Mondays and Fridays. Further information will come out to students in assemblies.
Oli Forster, Assistant Headteacher, said: “As a school we are committed to developing our students both academically in the classroom but also more widely through the wide range of extra-curricular session we run. Opening our students eyes to new experiences is something that we do well and the uptake shows the students love getting involved.”
