The Friary Y11 Basketball Team won their final match in the District Basketball Tournament 55-19 against Erasmus Darwin Academy and hold onto the title for the third successive year.

This victory brought a 100% record with consecutive victories against Nether Stowe, King Edwards, Chase Grammar, Kingsmead and now EDA.

This latest victory was another great team performance with Ruairi Murray, Ben Whitby, Tom Murphy and Alex Foreman all amongst the points with Tom Whitfield coming off the bench and scoring 2 baskets.
