The Friary School students again made us extremely proud through their generosity and kindness in supporting the fantastic Salvation Army Christmas Present Appeal.

This scheme sees gifts wrapped and distributed to children, families, older people and those who are homeless this Christmas.

The donated presents created a mountain and students and staff delivered them to the local drop-off point in Rugeley.

Mr Rose, Deputy Headteacher, said: “We provide numerous opportunities for students to reflect on and support those less fortunate than themselves and our students never disappoint . This Christmas will see them getting their own pile of presents but they will open them knowing others are sharing the experience thanks to their thoughtfulness.”
