Year 7 History students have produced some incredible HLAs for their work on ‘Castles’ and even the first renowned castle builder in England, William the Conqueror would have bee hard-pressed to match the standard.
Some of the most impressive have included Will Feriday’s ‘Motte & Bailey Cake’ would have come out first as a ‘Bake Off’ showstopper, Scarlett Bailey-Edward’s model would have stood out on any house design programme and Amelia Southall’s canvas painting of a concentric castle suggests work in galleries in years to come.
Mrs Morris, Achievement Co-Coordinator and class teacher, said: “The standard is fantastic throughout the department and I was keen to celebrate the students’ work on the website. The creativity, imagination and accuracy of the work is superb.”
