Our Y7 Open Evening included a competition about the school – designed to help the Y6s learn everything they could about us before making their all-important choice – and the prize for the winning entries was a wild animal sponsorship for the school and a cuddly version for the individual winner.
The results saw Freya Short from Christchurch win her school an elephant and Teagan-Leigh Clark from Willows win a tiger.
Both students showed great perseverance and independent research skills to dig out the answers and were the Kings (or in this case the Queens) of the Open Evening Jungle. Two special students from two special schools.
