On Tuesday 18th October, Year 7 boys were invited to play in the Staffordshire Schools Hockey competition hosted at Lichfield Hockey Club, where we were able to play two boys teams which is excellent for Year 7 as many have never played before and are currently attending extra-curricular coaching sessions.
The boys faced stiff competition from Bishop Vesey, and two teams from EDA, one of which was a Year 8 team, and performed superbly throughout. The boys scored a total of 7 goals in the competition and put in 100% effort throughout the tournament.
Player of the Tournament was Harry Crocker for his determination and good leadership skills.
